We stand behind every product we make — but if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
Our standard return window is 30 days from the date your order was delivered. As long as items haven’t been worn, washed, tried on, cut, or altered, we’ll issue a refund for the amount paid (minus shipping and handling). After 30 days, returns are no longer authorized.

A $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you use the prepaid label we provide.
All returned products must be new, unused, and have all garment tags attached. We can’t accept returns that don’t meet these conditions.
International customers: If you’re returning from outside the U.S., you’ll need to ship your item(s) using any trackable carrier of your choice.
Please allow 7–10 business days for returns to process once received and 5–7 business days for refunds to appear on your original payment method. You’ll receive email updates throughout the process.
Note: All international orders, mystery boxes, and promotional items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Start your exchange through our Exchange Portal and select “Exchange” instead of “Return.” You’ll be guided through every step.
As long as your item hasn’t been worn, washed, or altered, you can exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is received, your exchange will be processed within 10–14 business days.
Note: All international orders and mystery boxes are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it.
