Guaranteed Christmas delivery on all orders placed by 12/15. Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time.

We stand behind every product we make — but if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and unaltered—not worn, washed, tried on, cut, or altered—with all tags attached. Returns that don’t meet these conditions can’t be accepted. After 30 days, returns are not authorized.

Fees
If you use our prepaid return label, $7 will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling are not refunded.
 
International returns
If you’re returning from outside the U.S., please ship using a trackable carrier of your choice.
 
Processing times
Please allow 7–10 business days to process your return once received, and 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. We’ll email updates throughout.
 
Final sale
All international orders, mystery boxes, and promotional items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Damages:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it.

Email orders@contendersclothing.comwithin 15 days of purchase and include your order number and a photo of the issue.
Our team will review your claim and get back to you with next steps.
